We’ve partnered with Sarah’s Spoonful to create a nutrient rich breakfast, that is not only great for you, but also makes your taste buds dance!
Using our HIVITA Liquivita, Sarah created a Tropical Bowl which includes a variety of healthy and fresh ingredients. Now that the warmer weather is upon us, this delicious breakfast will definitely be you go-to for an easy and nutrient rich breakfast, which fills nutritional gaps and helps to maintain your vitality and stamina.
Recipe for this tropical bowl:
1/3 cup steamed & frozen cauliflower
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen banana
1/2 cup kefir (sub 1/3 cup almond or coconut milk for vegan 🌱)
Handful of ice cubes
Handful of spinach
1 tsp HIVITA Liquivita multivitamin
1 scoop protein powder of choice
BLEND and top – I used banana, dried mulberries and coconut shreds
