Adult Men: Take 1 tablet daily with food or as directed by the discretion of your healthcare professional.

Store in a dry space hidden from sunlight and below 30°C.
Do not use if cap seal is broken.
Please be aware that this product contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150mcg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements, including Hivita Men’s Multi, should not be exceeded.
