Postage Costs
Refunds apply to the purchase price of the product only.

Any freight or postage fees incurred when buying or returning the item -  including tracking or registered post costs - are not covered.

Lost Mail
Although rare, postal delays or losses can happen. We recommend taking photos of your product(s) and receipt before posting, in case they are needed for verification.
