It's also free from gluten, nuts, wheat, yeast, artificial colours, flavours & sweeteners. No added Saccharin sodium and Sodium benzoate. Contains sulfites, non-GMO soya and pollen.

General Wellness

Adults, Take 10mL (2 metric teaspoons) to 20mL (4 metric teaspoons) daily after a main meal.

Demanding Days

Adults, Take 10ml (2 metric teaspoons) 3 times daily after a main meal or as directed by a healthcare professional. Maximum daily dose: 30ml

WARNINGS: Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Contains Potassium sorbate and sugars. Products containing sorbitol may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea.Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. (Contains vitamin B6). The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men. If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. Not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner.
